Now in a dark room or on the street at night, you will hardly notice blood splatter, now the splatter is no brighter than the environment.


Better Blood doesn't replace all the particles, the mesh also uses the blood04.dds texture which isn't there, making some splashes brighter and dimmer than others. And in general, the brightness of the splashes of the mod is at the same level as vanilla. In short, I changed all of the blood01-06 particle textures to be colorful and 70% darker.
So i made two files: darker vanilla splashes - Better Blood is not needed. And an improvement with a fix for the Better Blood mod, now all blood spatter is dark.


If you don't use or don't want to use Better Blood just drop the Vanilla version of this mod into your data folder or Wrye Bash.
For Better Blood users, install the mod and preferably fix it (Better Blood skin decal fix and Normal Map for Better Blood), then dark splashesthe mod version or the vanilla version doesn't matter they have the same fixes so which textures do you like better.
