This mod removes the Akatosh symbol from the belts of the Cursed enemies from GATES TO AESGAARD - Episode One by ThePriest909.
Also included is a plugin and alternate mesh for the Legion Shield wielded by the Cursed enemies that changes its name to "Cursed Legion Shield" and replaces its mesh with the spikeless Legion Shield mesh from Imperial Armors - Visual Edits by  Dead47 .

Details
So I have a bit of a very particular pet peeve: when modders use Legion Armor meshes for evil characters, but don't remove the Akatosh symbol from the mesh's belt buckle.
Unfortunately,  GATES TO AESGAARD - Episode One by ThePriest909 falls into my pet peeve category.
The Cursed enemies from GATES TO AESGAARD - Episode One wear retextured Legion armor, and sadly, the Akatosh symbol was left on their belt buckles.
But don't worry, I'm here to fix that, and have removed the symbol from the belt buckles.
Its actually a very easy process. PLEASE, if you intend to use Legion armor meshes for an evil character in your mod,
and you don't know how to remove the Akatosh symbol, just ask me, and I will gladly do it for you.

I know I have gone on record many times saying that I don't do fixes for mods that I don't use, but this is a special situation.
If you have a belt buckle that needs that Akatosh symbol removed, CALL ME!
In fact, you may have noticed I am credited in the most recent changelogs of Necromancer Battlemages by  mixxa77 for "mesh fixes".
That's because I removed the Akatosh symbols from the belt buckles in that mod, and that's where this weird obsession of mine began.

Additionally I have included a file that fixes the shields that the Cursed enemies carry. Typically, the Cursed enemies carry a Legion shield.
Why do these spooky guys carry an Imperial Legion shield? I don't know, but I'm here to fix that too.
I have included a bashed patch mergeable plugin that changes the name of the shield to "Cursed Legion Shield", and changes it from using the vanilla Legion shield mesh to instead use the spikeless Legion Shield mesh from Imperial Armors - Visual Edits by Dead47.
Without my fix, the shield's record directs it to the vanilla Legion shield mesh location. My plugin redirects it to a new folder that contains a new mesh.
I did this so that the shield could have an appearance that, at least a little, differs from the standard Legion shield.

If you use the Legion armor retexture from Imperial Armors - Visual Edits, I especially recommend downloading my shield fix, because without it, the Cursed enemies will carry a shield that's color does not not match the color of the armor they are wearing.
The new mesh included in my fix uses its own texture, instead of the textures located in textures\armor\legion.

Requirements

Needless to say, GATES TO AESGAARD - Episode One is required to use this mod.

Installation:

1. Download GATES TO AESGAARD - Episode One.
2. Download one (or both) of the files, unzip the file(s), and drop the folder(s) titled "data" in your Oblivion directory.

Special Thanks:

1. ThePriest909 for GATES TO AESGAARD - Episode One. Without them, this mod would not exist.
2. Imperial Armors - Visual Edits by Dead47 for providing the shield replacement mesh.
