Changes the Uniforms added by Local Guards Features between the city guards of Bravil and Leyawiin.

Local Guards Features adds a lot of life to the guards around Oblivion. However, I think it was a poor decision to give Bravil guards proper leather armor and Leyawiin guards some horrible tatters. I changed the names of the files and the texture on the Leyawiin armor to give it the Bravil coat-of-arms.
Requirementes
Local Guards Features (My mod just changes the meshes, so it won't do anything on its own)
Installation
Install AFTER Local Guards Features and overwrite. I recommend using Wrye Bash.
