Explanation in English:
This mod is intended to bring the Matilda, which has a different appearance from the real thing due to its implementation from RE2 to RE4, up to the level of the reproduction of the RE4 firearms.
In layman's terms, it brings Matilda's appearance closer to the "Volks Pistol" that was first sold in the 1970s.
Due to the author's lack of technical skills, it was not a perfect imitation of the real thing, but I think I was able to make the body look close to the appearance of the "Volks Pistol".
It would be too easy to just improve the appearance of the matilda body. So, for those who want to see it in action in a cutscene, we have prepared a version in which the SG-09R and the black tail are replaced with a realistic Matilda.
Furthermore, not only that, we have also prepared a variation with a muzzle brake/muzzle weight/Ported barrel installed, which was made from full scratch, and a variation that displays the LAM at all times, with or without the laser sight equipped!
The breakdown is as follows.
Variation 1: VP version
This skin brings Matilda's appearance closer to that of a real "Volks Pistol". The modifications are so extensive that it would be too tedious to describe all of them. So, here are a few of the most noticeable improvements.
modified①: We have reproduced a late model slide with serrations engraved directly onto the slide.
modified②: The most visible part of the TPS shooter, the "rear cap," has a coin groove for easy disassembly. On the original Matilda, this area is flat.
modified③: The overall width of the frame was too small to begin with, so we enlarged it to the appropriate size.
modified④: The "retention catch" has been added to match the actual mounting position, and the mystery button thatwas originally there has been moved to the rear of the trigger guard, just as it was on the real gun. In doing so, the lines and width of the dust cover and trigger guard were also modified to match the real gun.
modified⑤: The trigger shape has been changed to the same unwieldy shape as that of a real gun.
modified⑥: The slide top and sight area have also been modified, and the front sight has been redone with the "Volks Pistol" characteristic shadow sight. The slide top is ribbed and has a checkering pattern to prevent reflections.
modified⑦: A screw has been added to the right side of the grip to hold the magazine catch, although it is not very noticeable.
modified⑧: The tip of the slide is sculpted to look like a barrel bushing, and in order to do this, the tip shape of the slide has been adjusted to look like the real gun. The original Matilda did not have this, which made the front face look very dumb.
modified⑨: The side of the chamber, which was sticking out to an impossible position in view of the mechanism, was corrected to be in the proper position.
modified⑩: The rear of the grip and around the stock mounting groove engraved on the rear of the magwell have also been modified. The molding on the real thing has been reproduced in order to allow the user to imagine that the three-point burst function works properly when actually installed.
modified⑪: The shape of the stock was adjusted to be similar to the real one. the stock of the Matilda is not only at a different angle but also too short in length. the selector was reproduced by from-scratching! The groove on the side that also serves as a holster could not be reproduced due to the author's lack of skill.
modified⑫: We have added engravings to each part of the product, which are different from the real ones but give a good atmosphere so as not to cause trouble to a certain company in Germany. For those who do not want the halfway markings, a patch to remove the added markings is also available.
※By the way, if you install the version that replaces the SG-09R, the laser sight model on the inventory screen will change to the one I created, but rest assured that the vanilla laser sight will be properly installed on the Punisher and Sentinel Nine.
Variation 2: 2005 style laser sight version
This skin is a more realistic Matilda fitted with a replica of the laser sight attachment found on the original resident evil 4. First, the retention latch on the Volks Pistol body was removed and a custom retention latch with threaded holes cut into the sides was installed instead, and the laser sight was created with the assumption that it would be covered and then secured with a set screw.
Variation 3: Muzzle weight version
This skin is a more realistic Matilda with a muzzle weight created by the author.
The barrel is extended to about six inches, and the weight is covered with a screw that is inserted from the right side and tightened. The muzzle weight was modeled after the one used on the P9S, and I think it fits well with the atmosphere of the Volks Pistol. In order to allow the laser sight to be mounted naturally, a total of twelve screws are cut in the lower part of the muzzle weight, and a rail adapter is attached to the part to allow the laser sight to be mounted.
It would take a lot of precision to actually do this, but since this is a game, precision was not necessary (lol).
We also have a version that shows the LAM whether or not a laser sight is attached; this is for appearance only, so if you actually want to sight in with a laser sight, make sure it is properly attached. Also, only the SG-09R version allows actual use of the laser sight, while the Blacktail and Matilda versions are visual only.
Variation 4: Muzzle brake version
This skin is a more realistic Matilda with a muzzle break attached that I made based on the one seen in RE2. I made it under the assumption that a CCW thread is cut on the tip of the barrel, which is extended to just under 5 inches, and the muzzle break is twisted into it and attached. This muzzle break was created, I believe, about two years ago, and I 3D printed this data to mount it on a VP70 gas blowback gun made by TANIOKOBA. Two years ago, I myself was not very good at 3d modeling, so my work was a bit rough, and furthermore, this data was created with the assumption that it would be attached to an actual toy gun. So it is not a perfect reproduction of what was seen in RE2. However, it was made with the assumption that it would actually function, and in a sense, it is a super realistic piece of equipment!
We also have a version that shows the LAM whether or not a laser sight is attached; this is for appearance only, so if you actually want to sight in with a laser sight, make sure it is properly attached. Also, only the SG-09R version allows actual use of the laser sight, while the Blacktail and Matilda versions are visual only.
Variation 5: Ported barrel version
This skin is a more realistic Matilda with a ported barrel with six gas ports, inspired by Italian machine pistols.
I had not originally planned to produce this skin, but the idea came to me a few days ago when I was reading a firearms magazine in the bathroom and read a feature on Italian machine pistols.
I thought it would look like a power tool and not cool, but the "Volks pistol" is also a machine pistol that can fire a three-point burst, so I thought this configuration would be rather appropriate. We also have a version that shows the LAM whether or not a laser sight is attached; this is for appearance only, so if you actually want to sight in with a laser sight, make sure it is properly attached. Also, only the SG-09R version allows actual use of the laser sight, while the Blacktail and Matilda versions are visual only.
These skins are available in Matilda, SG-09R, and Blacktail versions, and even a variation of whether or not the LAM is displayed only when the laser sight is attached, for a total of 24 different variations! Furthermore, we have combined these variations into a single RAR file for easy user selection! So, there are actually only three files distributed on this page! Downloading and managing the files afterwards is now much easier!
In addition! As a special bonus, a skin for handgun bullets is also included, reprinting the "H. Gun Bullets" design from resident evil 2 (1998) and resident evil 3 (1999)! Combine the Volks pistol, Leon from the RPD costume, and handgun bullets from the RE2 skin to recreate the atmosphere of resident evil 2!
The more realistic Matilda has evolved into a form that is truly worthy of Leon S. Kennedy's favorite gun...a gun that was only strange in real life...let Leon have it and put it to work!

毎度おなじみ作者の技術不足のせいで再現しきれていないところも多々ありますが､
まあそれなり程度のものには仕上がっていると思います｡
マチルダ本体の見た目を改善するだけでは満足できなかったので､カットシーンでも国民拳銃を見たい方のために
SG-09Rとブラックテイルを本MODに置き換えるバージョンも用意してあります｡
しかも! RE2を彷彿とさせるマズルブレーキや､P9Sターゲットに装着されていたようなマズルウェイトや､
イタリア製マシンピストルを彷彿とさせるポーテッド･バレル着きのバリエーション､
レーザーサイト装着の有無に関わらず､常にレーザーサイトを表示するスキンも用意しました!
～各スキンの内訳は以下の通りです～
その1: VP版
マチルダの見た目を本物の｢国民拳銃｣に近づけたスキンです｡
変更内容はめちゃくちゃ多いので､全て説明するのは超めんどくさいです｡
なので､分かりやすい改善点をいくつか紹介します!
改造一: セレーションがスライド後部に直接彫り込まれた後期型VPのスライドを再現!
改造二: TPSゲームであるRE4において一番目に入りやすく､
もっとも気になる部分であるリア･キャップにホンモノと同じくコイン溝を設けました!
これで分解しやすくなります｡ちなみにバニラのマチルダはこの部分になにもないです｡初期型を再現したのかな?
しかし､それにしても滑り止めが一切なく､どうやって分解する想定なのでしょうか……｡
改造三: フレームの横幅がそもそも小さすぎだったので､適当なサイズに拡大しています｡
改造四: 実物と同じ位置に分解ラッチを追加し､元々そこにあった謎のボタンはトリガーガード後方に移動しました｡
ダストカバーとトリガーガードのライン､幅も修正｡
改造五: トリガー形状はホンモノ同様､クッソ扱いづらい形状へ修正｡
改造六: スライドトップや､サイト周りも大幅に変更｡フロントサイトは特徴的かつ評判の悪い｢シャドウサイト｣を再現し､
スライドトップには乱反射防止用のチェッカリングを刻んだリブを装備!
改造七: 誰も気にしなさそうですが､私は気になったので
グリップ右側でマガジンキャッチを固定しているスクリューを追加しました｡
改造八: スライド先端にブッシング風の造形を追加｡ついでにスライド先端のラインを再現しています｡
オリジナルのマチルダのフロントフェイスがなんとも言えないお顔立ちなのは､
このブッシングが無かったからだと思います……｡
改造九: チェンバー側面が安物エアコキかな? ってくらい浅い位置で表現されていたので､適切な位置に修正してあります｡
改造十: グリップ後部と､マグウェル後部に刻まれているストックの取り付け溝周辺も変更｡ストックを装着した際に
どのように３点バースト機構が作動するかイメージできるよう､実物のパーツ周りをモールドで再現しています｡
改造十一: ストックの形状を実物に近づけました｡バニラのマチルダに装備できるストックは角度が違うだけでなく､
長さも短すぎです｡セレクターはフルスクラッチで再現!
しかし､ハーネスプレートを挿入するミゾは再現できませんでした……｡
改造十二: ドイツの某企業に迷惑を掛けないように､実物とは違いますがまあまあ雰囲気出てる刻印を各所に追加｡
実物と違うならいらなーいという方のために､無刻印パッチも用意してます｡
※ ちなみに､SG-09Rを置き換えるバージョンをインストールすると､インベントリ画面のレーザーサイトのモデルが
私が作成したものに変わってしまいますが､パニッシャーとセンチネルナインに取り付けた時には
しっかりバニラのレーザーサイトが取り付けられますので､ご安心を｡
バリエーションその②: バイオハザード4(2005)風レーザーサイト付きマチルダ
このスキンは､皆大好きなバイオハザード4(GC･PS2とか……)に登場したマチルダに取り付けられていた
レーザーサイトを再現してVP版に取り付けたものです｡
それ以外特に変化はないですが､ちょっとしたカスタムをシンプルに楽しみたい方向けと言ったところでしょうか……｡
バリエーションその③: マズルウェイト版
このスキンは､作者がフルスクラッチで製作したマズルウェイトをVP版に取り付けた物です｡
P9Sターゲットに装着されていたものを参考に製作しており､六吋に伸ばしたバレルにウェイトを被せ､
右側から差し込まれたネジをめっちゃ締めることで固定している……と想定しています｡
こんなパーツは実際の国民拳銃には当然存在しませんが､割と似合ってるんじゃないかなあ｡
カットシーンでの活躍を想定し､レーザーサイトが取り付けられているかどうかに関わらず､
レーザーサイトを常に表示する差分も用意しています｡が､当然見た目だけなので､
実際にレーザーサイトを使うためには武器商人からゲッチュして取り付けてください｡
当然ですが､ブラックテイル版とマチルダ版はレーザーサイトを取り付けられないので､完全に見た目だけです｡
バリエーションその④: マズルブレーキ版
皆大好きRE2で登場したマズルブレーキをVP版に取り付けたバリエーションです｡
といっても､RE2からモデルをぶっこぬいたわけではなく､RE2のものを参考に作者がスクラッチしたものですが……｡
タニコバのガスブロVP70に取り付ける為に二年前に作ったデータで､
完全再現じゃないしトイガンに取り付ける為の造形があるなど
ちょっと完成度は低いですが､ひとまずぱっとみはRE2で登場したのと大体同じに見えるはずです｡
コンペの効果をできるだけ発揮させるため､バレルは一つ目のガスポート手前まで延長してます｡
カットシーンでの活躍を想定し､レーザーサイトが取り付けられているかどうかに関わらず､
レーザーサイトを常に表示する差分も用意しています｡が､当然見た目だけなので､
実際にレーザーサイトを使うためには武器商人からゲッチュして取り付けてください｡
当然ですが､ブラックテイル版とマチルダ版はレーザーサイトを取り付けられないので､完全に見た目だけです｡
バリエーションその⑤: ポーテッドバレル版
皆大好きイタリア製のマシンピストルからインスピレーションを受け､
六吋程度までに延長したバレルに六つのエキゾーストポートをEDM加工したバレルをVP版へ装備したスキンです｡
実はこのスキンを作る予定は無かったのですが､数日前にトイレでGUN誌を読んでたら
イタリア製マシンピストルの記事に行きつき､これ国民拳銃に着いててもかっこいいんじゃねということで
再現しちゃいました｡元々変な形してる銃ですし､電動工具っぽくなってかっちょわるいかなと思いましたが
これはこれでありかも……｡ライフリングはガスポートの手前で切ってますので､
初速にも影響なく威力をこれ以上落とすことも無いです(笑)
カットシーンでの活躍を想定し､レーザーサイトが取り付けられているかどうかに関わらず､
レーザーサイトを常に表示する差分も用意しています｡が､当然見た目だけなので､
実際にレーザーサイトを使うためには武器商人からゲッチュして取り付けてください｡
当然ですが､ブラックテイル版とマチルダ版はレーザーサイトを取り付けられないので､完全に見た目だけです｡
以上､マチルダ版､SG-09R版､ブラックテイル版の三種類にそれらのバリエーションが各八種類ずつで
合計二十四種類のバリエーションを用意できました｡しかも､ユーザーがどのMODを有効化するか簡単に選べるよう､
これら多数のバリエーションをマチルダ版､SG-09R版､ブラックテイル版の三つそれぞれを
一つのRARファイルに結合しました｡これにより､ダウンロードとその後の管理が超簡単になりました!
オマケとして､バイオ2やバイオ3で登場した古き良き｢ハンドガンの弾｣を再現するスキンも付属!
国民拳銃をRPDコスのレオンに持たせて､ハンドガンの弾を拾うところを撮って
バイオ2的雰囲気のスクショ(爆)を撮ると楽しい!

しかし､それにしても滑り止めが一切なく､どうやって分解する想定なのでしょうか……｡
改造三: フレームの横幅がそもそも小さすぎだったので､適当なサイズに拡大しています｡
改造四: 実物と同じ位置に分解ラッチを追加し､元々そこにあった謎のボタンはトリガーガード後方に移動しました｡
ダストカバーとトリガーガードのライン､幅も修正｡
改造五: トリガー形状はホンモノ同様､クッソ扱いづらい形状へ修正｡
改造六: スライドトップや､サイト周りも大幅に変更｡フロントサイトは特徴的かつ評判の悪い｢シャドウサイト｣を再現し､
スライドトップには乱反射防止用のチェッカリングを刻んだリブを装備!
改造七: 誰も気にしなさそうですが､私は気になったので
グリップ右側でマガジンキャッチを固定しているスクリューを追加しました｡
改造八: スライド先端にブッシング風の造形を追加｡ついでにスライド先端のラインを再現しています｡
オリジナルのマチルダのフロントフェイスがなんとも言えないお顔立ちなのは､
このブッシングが無かったからだと思います……｡
改造九: チェンバー側面が安物エアコキかな? ってくらい浅い位置で表現されていたので､適切な位置に修正してあります｡
改造十: グリップ後部と､マグウェル後部に刻まれているストックの取り付け溝周辺も変更｡ストックを装着した際に
どのように３点バースト機構が作動するかイメージできるよう､実物のパーツ周りをモールドで再現しています｡
改造十一: ストックの形状を実物に近づけました｡バニラのマチルダに装備できるストックは角度が違うだけでなく､
長さも短すぎです｡セレクターはフルスクラッチで再現!
しかし､ハーネスプレートを挿入するミゾは再現できませんでした……｡
改造十二: ドイツの某企業に迷惑を掛けないように､実物とは違いますがまあまあ雰囲気出てる刻印を各所に追加｡
実物と違うならいらなーいという方のために､無刻印パッチも用意してます｡
※ ちなみに､SG-09Rを置き換えるバージョンをインストールすると､インベントリ画面のレーザーサイトのモデルが
私が作成したものに変わってしまいますが､パニッシャーとセンチネルナインに取り付けた時には
しっかりバニラのレーザーサイトが取り付けられますので､ご安心を｡
バリエーションその②: バイオハザード4(2005)風レーザーサイト付きマチルダ
このスキンは､皆大好きなバイオハザード4(GC･PS2とか……)に登場したマチルダに取り付けられていた
レーザーサイトを再現してVP版に取り付けたものです｡
それ以外特に変化はないですが､ちょっとしたカスタムをシンプルに楽しみたい方向けと言ったところでしょうか……｡
バリエーションその③: マズルウェイト版
このスキンは､作者がフルスクラッチで製作したマズルウェイトをVP版に取り付けた物です｡
P9Sターゲットに装着されていたものを参考に製作しており､六吋に伸ばしたバレルにウェイトを被せ､
右側から差し込まれたネジをめっちゃ締めることで固定している……と想定しています｡
こんなパーツは実際の国民拳銃には当然存在しませんが､割と似合ってるんじゃないかなあ｡
カットシーンでの活躍を想定し､レーザーサイトが取り付けられているかどうかに関わらず､
レーザーサイトを常に表示する差分も用意しています｡が､当然見た目だけなので､
実際にレーザーサイトを使うためには武器商人からゲッチュして取り付けてください｡
当然ですが､ブラックテイル版とマチルダ版はレーザーサイトを取り付けられないので､完全に見た目だけです｡
バリエーションその④: マズルブレーキ版
皆大好きRE2で登場したマズルブレーキをVP版に取り付けたバリエーションです｡
といっても､RE2からモデルをぶっこぬいたわけではなく､RE2のものを参考に作者がスクラッチしたものですが……｡
タニコバのガスブロVP70に取り付ける為に二年前に作ったデータで､
完全再現じゃないしトイガンに取り付ける為の造形があるなど
ちょっと完成度は低いですが､ひとまずぱっとみはRE2で登場したのと大体同じに見えるはずです｡
コンペの効果をできるだけ発揮させるため､バレルは一つ目のガスポート手前まで延長してます｡

バリエーションその⑤: ポーテッドバレル版
皆大好きイタリア製のマシンピストルからインスピレーションを受け､
六吋程度までに延長したバレルに六つのエキゾーストポートをEDM加工したバレルをVP版へ装備したスキンです｡
実はこのスキンを作る予定は無かったのですが､数日前にトイレでGUN誌を読んでたら
イタリア製マシンピストルの記事に行きつき､これ国民拳銃に着いててもかっこいいんじゃねということで
再現しちゃいました｡元々変な形してる銃ですし､電動工具っぽくなってかっちょわるいかなと思いましたが
これはこれでありかも……｡ライフリングはガスポートの手前で切ってますので､
初速にも影響なく威力をこれ以上落とすことも無いです(笑)

これら多数のバリエーションをマチルダ版､SG-09R版､ブラックテイル版の三つそれぞれを
一つのRARファイルに結合しました｡これにより､ダウンロードとその後の管理が超簡単になりました!
オマケとして､バイオ2やバイオ3で登場した古き良き｢ハンドガンの弾｣を再現するスキンも付属!
国民拳銃をRPDコスのレオンに持たせて､ハンドガンの弾を拾うところを撮って
バイオ2的雰囲気のスクショ(爆)を撮ると楽しい!
