About this mod
A skin mod for the W870 that has been modified to be more realistic. Twelve different variations are available, including a style close to the OG and a sawed-off version. Use the synthetic recolor patches distributed at the same time to find your own combination!

Explanation in English:
This time, I tried to make the W870 closer to the "M870". It's a very simple task, and very mundane, but I wanted to try it, so I decided to make an effort. The modifications are as follows.
modified①: I couldn't find the safety button that should be at the base of the trigger guard, so I simply recreated it and installed it.
modified②: I couldn't find an action bar lock, so I simply recreated one and attached it. The notch for the action bar lock is also recreated in the receiver.
modified③: Added markings that won't cause any trouble to anyone. The markings are based on the 1995 model.
I say "modifications," but I'm not that knowledgeable about shotguns, and the W870 itself was a fairly realistic design, so I only made three modifications. As usual, I felt bad about submitting just this one, so I've prepared some variations this time too. I'm sure there will be one that suits your taste. The breakdown of the variations is as follows:
Variation 1: MORE REALISTIC W870
This is the simplest of the mods in this pack, and is what I wanted to do first. It's a simple variation of the vanilla W870 with a safety button, action bar lock, and markings. If you just want to enjoy a more realistic look, this is the one for you.
Variation 2: MORE REALISTIC W870 (8rd tube slim forend)
The MOD I prepared comes with one equipped with a forend of the same thickness as the vanilla version, and one equipped with a thin and short slim forend. This variation is Variation 1 with a slim forend attached. It's a simple design, but it makes the whole gun look slimmer, and the engraving on the barrel is more noticeable.
Variation 3: MORE REALISTIC W870 (4rd tube)
This variant has a shortened magazine tube and a vanilla barrel. It is the variant that is closest to the OG RE4 model.
Variation 4: MORE REALISTIC W870 (4rd tube slim forend)
Variation 3 with a slim forend attached.
Variation 5: MORE REALISTIC W870 (Short barrel)
This variation is a MOD that reproduces the barrel length of RE2's Stock W870 in addition to the magazine tube of the 4rd specification. The barrel rib also eliminates the vanilla ventilated rib and reproduces the unique shape seen in RE2, and of course the end of the magazine tube is equipped with a sling swivel.
Variation 6: MORE REALISTIC W870(Short barrel slim forend)
This is Variation 5 equipped with a slim Forend.
During this modding process, I came up with the idea of making multiple variations, as usual, and the first thing that came to mind was recreating and attaching the Hogue tamer grip seen on the vanilla W870 from RE2. After a day of work, I was able to recreate it after overcoming some problems, but as I expected when I actually introduced it into RE4, I encountered a problem where Leon couldn't hold it properly, and it seemed impossible to solve.
However, I really wanted a stockless variation, so I prepared one with the stock shortened and a grip that was closer to a pistol grip. The variation below has this grip attached.
Variation 7: MORE REALISTIC W870(SAWED OFF GRIP)
This variation is the same as Variation 1 except that the stock has been removed and a sawed-off type grip has been added.
Variation 8 : MORE REALISTIC W870(SAWED OFF GRIP 8rd tube Slim forend)
This variation replaces the forend of variation 7 with a slimmer one.
Variation 9: MORE REALISTIC W870(SAWED OFF GRIP 4rd tube)
This variation is the same as Variation 3, except that the stock has been removed and a sawed-off type grip has been added.
Variation 10: MORE REALISTIC W870(SAWED OFF GRIP 4rd tube Slim forend)
This variation is a variation 9 with a slim forend attached.
Variation 11: MORE REALISTIC W870(SAWED OFF GRIP Short barrel)
The stock of Variation 5 has been removed and a sawed-off type grip has been installed. This variation has an appealing compact feel, and in this MOD pack, it is the one with the most different form from the vanilla version, so you will have a fresh experience.
Variation 12: MORE REALISTIC W870(SAWED OFF GRIP Short Barrel Slim forend)
It is simply a replacement of the Variation 11 fore-end with a slim type. This is the closest to the RE2 stock W870, and is an attractive compact cannon.
Bonus patch: synthetic stock and forend
This patch changes the color of the forend, rifle stock, and sawed-off type grip to a synthetic look. It can be applied to all twelve variations I have prepared, and the idea is to double your fun. I also deleted the wood grain that was written in the normal map, and colored it to make it a synthetic-like surface, so it has a natural look. I hope you enjoy it.

This mod started just because I wanted to recreate the action bar lock and safety button, but the pistol grip I made at first was unusable, so I had to make a new one and take an incredible number of screenshots, which turned out to be a much more nightmarish task than I expected. But it was worth it, and I think I've completed a mod pack that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. I hope you enjoy it.
By the way, my most recommended variant is Variation 12. This variant, which has a short barrel, magazine tube, and no stock, is close to RE2's Stock W870. The compact form will definitely provide you with a fresh experience. Well, I feel a little sorry for Leon, because this variation requires him to shoot a 12 gauge with a grip that is not designed to handle the recoil properly (lol).
～How to Install:～
1. Choose the version you want and download it;
2.Drag and drop the .rar file into the Games/RE4R/Mods folder;
3.Open Mod Manager and enable the mod ( Select from Weapons ).
4.Select Launch game to start playing!
This mod is packaged in a single RAR file. Do not unzip it. If you do, it will just become weirdly difficult to use.
