What is Raven's Roost?
Raven's Roost is a small, convenient player home situated in the attic of Aerin and Mjoll's house. Perfect for Dragonborn's on the wrong side of the
law who need to slip out of site to stock up on poisons and stash their hot property.
Raven's Roost is a simple, lowkey player home mod for a Dragonborn just starting down a dark path or a solitary hero who wants to get away from the rabble and get back to basics.
What Raven's Roost is Not:
So many player home mods add additional items, use static items where the base game keeps most things interactive, they go above and beyond to deliver a Skyrim+ experience. This player home mod is not like that. This mod is for the player who wants a house which blends seamlessly into the base game without the frills and flourishes of most mods.
Features:
Raven's Roost contains an alchemy table, two single beds, cooking pot and storage (chest, two barrels, knapsack, cupboard, apothecary's satchel, strongbox and an end table or two).
This mod will use whatever textures you have installed, it uses only base game and DLC items and won't cause your game performance to at a massive hit.
From the Raven to You:
You are not the first owner of Raven's Roost. It once belonged to another who recently met an untimely end. Keep your eyes peeled and their fate and the history of Raven's Roost will become clear. First, you must take possession of the attic hideout. To do that, you will need deft hands and a lockpick or two.

I was inspired by Aureoy's Somnolent Nook Small Attic Player Home (SE, LE) but wanted to create something more consistent with the base game and DLC in terms of cluttering and level design.
