This is the beautiful preset created by my dear friend Mila (Stavetskaya), of her OC Lady Lorienn the Second. The only requirements for it is KS Hairdos Renewal, Kyoe's Brows (and its High Poly Head patch) and High Poly Head.
I also can recommend you Kala's Eyes for Elves or The Eyes of Beauty (Special Elves Edition in the optional files), Foxed Skin (the original preset was made for BnP, tho there is no LE version for it unless you port it yourself for personal use. Is super simple and if you want, just leave a comment and I can tell you how). And if you want to have beautiful facetints like the original, you can download Koralina's Makeup Tweaks and Even More Makeup. Lamenthiah's Marks of Beauty is also one of my personal recommendations to any character creator.
