Changelogs
Version 2.1
Updated for most recent USLEEP version (as of May 7, 2016).
Version 2.0
"Bulk Hearthfire Crafting", "Bulk Ore Smelting", and the main file "Fabulous Sorting (spells untouched)" combined into one .esp file and updated for USLEEP (Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Patch). A compatibility patch for Immersive Weapons is still an optional file and is not included in the main file.
Version 1.9
Up-to-date with USKP and all the rest, and changed "Alcohol" prefix to "Drink" since I don't know what the hell I was thinking. Also, Mazte is a food, not a drink. I looked it up -- several times.
Version 1.8
Small change mirroring the USKP's keyword changes to some meats and foods. Now also a compatibility patch for Immersive Weapons under Optional Files, woo!
Version 1.7
All non-unique misc items have the prefix "Misc:". This only refers to useless items such as plates, cups, bowls, burned books, and so on. Furthermore, skulls, tusks and other skeletal fragments have the prefix "Bone:". Children's clothes, dolls and the wooden sword have the prefix "Child:" while all building materials (Hearthfire) have the prefix "Home:". Unique quest items (such as Wylandriah's Ingot or Wylandriah's Soul Gem) are no longer renamed.
Version 1.6
Spells have been added. To keep a fix by the USKP, the Unofficial Skyrim Patch is now a requirement on top of all the official DLC.
Version 1.5
All ingestible items are now covered; on top of the already modified beverages, potions and poisons, I have now added raw meat, cooked food, vegetables, fruits and cooking ingredients. Hearthfire is now also required from version 1.5 and onwards due to these additions.
Version 1.4
Cleaned (removed some redundant items) and added a dwemer scrap metal that had been overlooked.
Version 1.3
The Unofficial Dawnguard Patch v2.0.4 adds missing drop and pickup sounds to dwarven bolts. Those changes have been added to this mod to reestablish compatibility.
Version 1.2
Paragons (Dawnguard), Arrows, Bolts, Eyes of the Falmer, Bugs in jars, Empty Wine Bottles, Empty Skooma Bottles, Dragon Claw keys, missed Potions, Ingots, Soul Gems.
Version 1.1
Beverages, missing Potions, special Potions and Poisons.
Version 1.0
Ores, Ingots, Gems, Flawless Gems, Soul Gems, Azura's Star, the Black Star, Pelts, Hides, Potions, Poisons.
Note: This mod is no longer maintained as I've moved on to the Special Edition.
Renames many items that normally clutter the inventory as to ease the job of finding specific items. Other sorting mods certainly exist, and I've used several, but none that I were personally fond of or fit my specifications. Mainly I use this to make selling items much easier, and I very much recommend SkyUI for the search function it adds; it makes it very easy to, for example, search for all useless junk items since, with my mod, these items all share a common prefix.
Renamed items include, but are not necessarily limited to:
In the misc. tab:
Ores and ingots with the prefix "Ore:" and "Ingot:" respectively. An example is "Ore: Iron" and "Ingot: Gold".
Gems, such as rubies and sapphires and the like, with the prefix "Gem:". Example: "Gem: Ruby" and "Gem: Sapphire, Flawless".
Soul Gems, the Black Star and Azura's Star with the prefix "Soul Gem:". Example: "Soul Gem I: Petty", "Soul Gem: Black Star".
Pelts and hides with the prefix "Leather:". Example: "Leather: Wolf Pelt". Leather Strips and Leather itself are untouched.
The six different types of smeltable dwemer scrap with the prefix "Smeltable:".
The Paragon items from Dawnguard are named "Paragon:".
The unique insects found in jars are named "Bug in a Jar:", like "Bug in a Jar: Bee", "Bug in a Jar: Dragonfly", and so on.
The dragon claws are named "Dragon Claw:" such as "Dragon Claw: Iron", "Dragon Claw: Ebony", and so on.
Left and right eye of the Falmer are put together alphabetically as "Eye of the Falmer: Left" and "Eye of the Falmer: Right".
Useless junk (i.e. items with no use) are named "Misc:", such as "Misc: Shovel", "Misc: Basket", and so on.
Hearthfire items for children are named "Child:".
Building materials for Hearthfire are named "House:" such as "House: Goat Horn", "House: Lock", and so on.
In the potions tab:
Potions and poisons have been given the prefix of either "Potion of...", "Potion:", or "Poison:".
Cures for poison and disease are named "Cure: Disease" and "Cure: Poison".
In the food tab:
Spirits, mead, ale, wine, skooma, etc., have the prefix "Drink:".
Items used for cooking are either "Baking Food:", "Meat:" or "Greens:", and prepared food is simply "Food:".
In the weapons tab:
Ammo has the prefix "Arrow:" or "Bolt:".
The wooden sword for adopted children is "Child: Wooden Sword".
A patch is available for Immersive Weapons, which adds a variety of new ammo.
In the magic section:
Nothing is touched here. If you want edited spell names (it's ugly), there is an old file with version number 1.9.
