Version 1.1
Cleaned mod with TES5Edit. Several ITM records cleaned.
Except Lokir doesn't actually have a house at Rorikstead, and nobody there ever mentions him.
Until now.
This mod adds a small farmhouse belonging to Lokir in Rorikstead, with a couple of notes providing possible reasons for his eventual appearance alongside the player in Helgen. These are only suggestions, and the final interpretation is left to the player.
As Lokir is now dead, the house is empty and can be used by the player - but it is not designed to be a long-term player home, with very few home comforts - it's really just a place to get a free room for the night when passing through the town.
Compatible with Expanded Towns & Cities as well as the unmodded vanilla town. Also compatible with Lanterns of Skyrim - All In One.
With thanks to wasite for troubleshooting and fixing navmesh issues and Touring Carriages compatibility.
