Changed ward effect to act while blocking; added vampire races to armours; moved forge location to skyforge to reduce clutter on regular forges & assist in immersion without quest.

If a mod sees this, is it somehow possible to put this on the download page for "Lost Paladins of the Divines Wrath Armour" by Jerros? This mod applies as a bug fix for that mod only, and has no other purpose. Just want to share the fix for those who haven't figured out the Creation Kit yet :)
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Manual Installation: Copy the .esp file to your Skyrim/data folder so that it overwrites the .esp file from Lost Paladins of the Divines Wrath Armour
