When you fire a spell while running, the velocity of its projectile is based on the base speed, current direction AND your running velocity. That is to say when compared to its base speed, projectiles fired while running forward will have higher speed and those fired while running backward will have lower speed. This is good. However, the developer forgot to adjust the range of those projectiles accordingly. The result is that projectiles fired when running forward have shorter lifetime. This is unsatisfactory to spells with short range like Ice Storm and shouts because their projectiles will disappear before their animations get finished in circumstance above. This SKSE plugin scales the range of projectiles by the ratio between its current speed and base speed, thus maintains a constant projectile lifetime and fixes the problem.
