Welcome to
Rebalanced Economy 2.0!

Image used is Medieval Market by Minnhagen .

Rebalanced Economy 2.0 is an attempt to fix what I think is a broken economy.  Rebalanced Economy was designed to assume that  "100 gold" is actually a lot of money, then everything was redesigned around this concept. If you are looking for a mod that changes and makes a realistic working economy in Skyrim try True Medieval Economy by durham1984. Which was an inspiration for this mod.  And a wrye bash or SMASH patch is a must, as it changes too many records unless your game is mostly Vanilla.

WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?
  • Money for Leveled Lists has been knocked down by 70-80%. Money now has a weight, and has been renamed to "Imperial Septim". This emphasizes that every single septim is worth something.
  • Food and Ingredients are cheap.
  • Hides and Pelts have been adjusted to follow the same goal for this mod.
  • The prices of all ores and ingots have been re-balanced as well, per Ingot or per ore.
  • All jewelry and religious amulets have been repriced to match the value of Ingots and precious stones.
  • Religious Amulets have a chance of appearing in the Vendor Lists at Belethor's and Radiant Raiments (only Belethor sells the Talos Amulet).
  • The cost of all Rooms is 10 septims a night. (though in the future  i want this to be different based on a city, village, or town)
  • All jobs produce 1 septim per, unless the item is more Uncommon.
  • CrimeRewards and Thieves Guild radiant rewards, now not only include gold, but a chance for gems and jewelry as payment.
  • Horses Cost and Homes have been re-scaled as well.
  • Bounty Rewards are 25 for bandits, 50 for forsworn, 100 for Giants, and 200 for dragons.
  • Rebalances the weight on many items in the game to be more "Realistic".

Currently everything else has remained the same, this makes books seem more valuable. And makes armor and weapons more expensive compared to everything else.

COMPATIBLE MODS & INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Currently not much is compatible with this mod, unless your willing to run a Bash Patch or Smash Patch.  Appropriate Bash tags have been listed, but you will want this mod rather high in your load order, when patching. Unless other mods, have the STAT Tag in them. I would always recommend checking results with Tes5Edit to make sure prices carry over successfully.

Trade & Barter, is a must have for Rebalanced Economy. Though not necessary.
This mod is NOT compatible with mods like CCOR, CCF, and WAF. Or any mods that add new items with their own prices.
