I've been a user of Blacksmithforge Water Fix for a long time, but the fix is a custom-placeable. So I did it for you :P
You'll need at least [Blacksmithforge water fix DB.esp] enabled, as Elysium is a Legendary mod now.
I got extremely tired of going to either Dragonsreach or Riverwood to use these crafting stations, and got even more tired of using a positioner to relocate them. So I popped into CK and made patches.
Bonus Spider Imbuing chamber, because there is staff enchanter but not one of these guys?
Coffee added to the Kitchen. Spinning wheel, Sewing Basket, and Imbuing Chamber added to the basement.
You'll need Elysium Estate 4.3.5. Does not work with version 5.
