You no longer need to use lockpicks to open locked doors/containers.

- Hitting locked door/container with these weapons/spells will smash the lock.
- 'One-Handed' weapons (War Axe and Mace).
- 'Two-Handed' weapons (Battle Axe and War Hammer).
- 'Destruction' spells (Fireball and Flames).
- Chances for successful smash lock increase with skill increase and number of times you've hit the poor lock.
- Smashing the locks will attract guards, so be mindful.
- Activating the locked container will yield a message stating your chance of successful lock smash.

(15 + iLevel - (0.25 * iLockLevel)) + iTimesHit
iLevel - You level in the skill you've tried to use to open the unfortunate lock.
iLockLevel - Lock's lock level.
iTimesHit - Number of times you've hit the lock.
- Number produces by this equation is compared to randomly generated number ranging from 0-100.
- If this number is lower or equal to that of equations number, you'll smash the lock.
