Simple patch to allow Common Following to work with Requiem

For the best Vanilla+ follower framework out there (imho)
If you use Relationship Dialogue Overhaul, I've also removed a few erroneous records that made no changes in the original patch.
Just remember that Relationship Dialogue has to load before Common Following SE, else you can't recruit followers back after you made them relax and wait for you.
