Initial release
An esl flagged plugin that adds Horse Whistle and Horse Call from Convenient Horses to Easy Wheelmenu's MCM. Built and tested on Easy WheelMenu II SSE, but should work on the original conversion. The spells aren't added until they've been unlocked in Convenient Horses' quest.
