About this mod
Add support for a new entry "iName" for icon name to config file, so you can translate "Name" to your language and leave "iName" in english, so icon file can be correctly loaded.
为了翻译自定义技能后能正常读取图标，增加了一项图标名字“iName”的设置。

很微小的修改，绝伦少年的整合里也有类似的修改，我这个兼容性应该更好一些。
玩家可以自己修改自定义技能mod的配置，比如Elden Rim（艾尔登战技），配置文件是"\NetScriptFramework\Plugins\CustomSkill.EldenSkill.config.txt"
