It's a simple framework to at least get the NPCs to learn to dodge.
Npc will learn to dodge after level 15.
They have a 50% chance of dodging power attack. 15% chance of dodging normal attack.
When their stamina falls below 25%, they will not be able to dodge
After each dodge, the NPC will not dodge again for 7 seconds.
Npc's with spells equipped in their right hand can't trigger evasion
It's a product of my own fevered thinking, and I have no intention of continuing to update it.
