This is my attempt at fixing a bug that I experienced firsthand while playing a while back that can occur when you have both Vilja and Skeever installed. This bug was documented by AradGad, but unfortunately he never got the chance to figure out why it was happening or fix it.
The short of it is that somehow Skeever gets added to one of Vilja's packages - "AAEMKeepstillandnotattack". As the name of the package might suggest, this results in Skeever refusing to fight anything. He won't even defend himself if being attacked.
This fix simply adds a condition to the package specifically keeping Skeever out of it.
Now I'm not going to pretend I understand how or why Skeever was somehow getting added to one of Vilja's packages - if I had to wager a guess, I would say it's due to them both starting in the Bannered Mare, but other modded followers in the Bannered Mare don't seem to have this happen so that would seemingly rule that out.
But what I do know is that I was suffering from this bug, and as soon as I made this, he began fighting like normal.
So regardless of the why, it helped me, and hopefully it helps someone else out there, too.
