Makes PLANCK ignore followers to fix a CTD bug.

This mod iterates through the player's followers on game load. By default it stops them from colliding with other ragdolls. MCM can be used to make PLANCK completely ignore followers or to disable this mod.
Note that the check is only done on game load and when selecting an MCM option. If you get a new follower mid session, pick an MCM option if you want them to be affected right away. You can click on an option that's already ticked to do that.
There's currently a bug that causes CTDs with followers when PLANCK is active. I'm trying to find out if I can get around it this way.
Update : According to feedback from players who experienced the bug, this does seem to fix it.
