Description
I personally use Elemental Vision of Skyrim not for my own player character, but to buff and flavor NPCs present in the world. However, Vision of Skyrim normally distributes to NPCs through changing vanilla outfit records to add Leveled Lists, requiring compatibility patches with other mods such as Weapons Armor Clothing and Clutter Fixes (WACCF).
The magic of powerofthree's Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) alleviates this need for patches. Utilizing SPID and RowanMaBoot's RMB SPIDified - Core, this mod works by running a light script that runs once at game initialization to distribute Visions to NPCs. This doesn't touch any vanilla records at all, nor does the SPID touch Elemental Vision of Skyrim's records, making it widely compatible.

Optional Patch
Installation
Install like any other mod. You can run it with or without Elemental Vision of Skyrim's own Leveled List additions; you may notice markedly more Visions distributed in the world with Elemental Vision of Skyrim's own Leveled List additions, but may also require compatibility patches with other mods.
Compatibility
The SPID doesn't touch any records of Skyrim nor Elemental Vision of Skyrim, and is compatible with all other patches for Visions.
The optional patch does edit records of Visions, and is not compatible with the name changes for Visions present in other mods, such as Elemental Vision of Skyrim - Tweaked or Dovakin Jewels; whichever mod loads last will determine the names of Visions. However, the optional patch is compatible with the effect changes from Elemental Vision of Skyrim - Tweaked or Dovakin Jewels; those can be additionally used alongside the optional patch to modify the effects of Visions.

Details
- Visions are distributed to general NPCs with a 5% chance (configurable from 1% to 25% in FOMOD)
- Jarls always receive Visions with a 100% chance
- Court Wizards always receive Visions with a 100% chance
- Housecarls always receive Visions with a 100% chance
- Orc Chiefs always receive Visions with a 100% chance
- Orc Wise Women always receive Visions with a 100% chance
- Thalmor always receive Visions with a 100% chance
- Penitus Oculatus always receive Visions with a 100% chance
- Alik'r Warriors always receive Visions with a 100% chance
- Imperial Commanders receive Visions with a 20% chance
- Stormcloak Commanders receive Visions with a 20% chance
- Players are not affected
Optional Patch
- An optional patch that changes the names of Visions to fit vanilla Skyrim aesthetic, now using Dwarven, Ayleid, Nordic, and Cyrodilic nomenclature
