OVERVIEW

Sinister Seven is a super neat mod, but does not use vanilla NPC templates, so it will not work well with Requiem if used as is. Havochot/Fornication wanted to use Sinister Seven in Arkays Commandment, so I set out to patch it for Requiem. Also cause I wanted to have an excuse not to work on important things lol.

Each NPC has been balanced with Requiem gameplay in mind, and I took extra care to add an element of randomness to the encounters with the use of leveled item lists for gear/weapon loadouts, leveled spells for casters, and even random build types for enemies with the use of a template system. These all help to randomize the boss encounters.

There are two standalone versions of the patch, one for base Requiem, and one for 3BFtweaks. The base Requiem version will work for all Requiem addons, though may fall out of line design wise with other overhauls. Use only one main patch.


MCM OPTIONS

Quest nodes have been edited so that the MCM options DIRECTLY correlate to how many level-ups the player needs before each boss spawns (this is not the case in the mod normally).

I have the MCM options set to specific values, as I have balanced the encounters around these levels. Though, it is YOUR game, if you want to change when the bosses spawn, that is up to you, just note that this may affect the balance curve of the patch. 

Besides my changes to quest nodes, boss spawns function the same way. Once they spawn, they start moving towards your location. This can be ANYWHERE, so you have to be on guard. From experience I can say that NOWHERE is safe. Keep your head on a swivel, you never know when you'll get jumped by a boss.

The final boss is a real endgame level encounter, perfect for a build that is near the end of the main quest, or for builds that have completed a faction questline like the College of Winterhold.

Sinister Seven minion spawns are disabled by default, though you can change this by setting minion chance to "10" (Ten) in the MCM.


REQUIREMENTS

- Requiem version 5.4 or higher
- 3BFTweaks 4.0 or higher (only needed for 3BFTweaks version)

Note: Only use one version, either the Requiem or 3BFTweaks version.
