This mod simply removes the ladder that leads to the bell in windhelm added by Bells of Skyrim for better compatibility with EVGAT-Dynamic Climb-able ladder doors.

This mod simple removes the ladder that leads to the bell in Wind helm from Bells of Skyrim. Unfortunately, the bell is no longer reachable, but now there will be no more animation bugs when trying to use the ladder with EVGAT - Dynamic Climb-able Ladder Doors (nexusmods.com). Otherwise, the functionality of the bell is unchanged and if danger reaches the city the bell will be rung, just not by you. This also makes it so that players can no longer use the balcony added by Bells of Skyrim to easily fall out of the Windhelm world space. The mod can be used without EVGAT - Dynamic Climb-able Ladder Doors if you just want to remove the ladders for whatever reason, such as preventing the aforementioned bug/exploit of falling out of the worldspace.
