A patch for  Wayshrines Of Tamriel and CC Farming - Tweaks and Enhancements.
Also fixes the water height problem and water flow issues in some areas.
Moves plants and shrubs (Added by Update.esm) that was colliding with the Riverwood Wayshrine.

I didn't add landscaping to the patch so the Load Order needs to be:

SC08WayshrineTamriel.esp
CC Farming - Tweaks and Enhancements.esp
SC08WayshrineTamriel - CC Farming Tweaks.esp

Users of Skyrim version 1.6.640 will need to use the Backported Extended ESL Support

If you haven't endorsed Arizona_Steve for Wayshrines of Tamriel  and AndrealphusVIII  for Creation Club Farming - Tweaks Enhancements and Quest Expansion please do so.

I haven't done much testing so please let me know if there is any issues.
