This is just a patch I made to make these two mods work better together. Now with a northern roads patch.

Ryn's Whiterun City Limits which you can find here : Ryn's Whiterun CIty Limits at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) and Civil War Checkpoints uploaded by kenpatdan3 which you can find here : Civil War Checkpoints at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) make the outside of Whiterun look amazing IMO. They needed a little help to play better together so I made this small patch to help them out.
This now only uses the Whiterun Checkpoint from the civil war checkpoints mod. You will need to uninstall the old file first if updating.
