Old Holds
Old Holds is a mod series designed to give more character and distinction to the Holds of The Pale, Winterhold, Eastmarch and The Rift, collectively known as the Old Holds. Inspired mainly by the previous conceptions of Skyrim and the Nords, the series aims to bring noticeable aesthetic, cultural, political and religious differences and make the region stand out from the more Imperialised Western Holds.

Old Holds - Little Shrines of Talos
For a people who are ready to fight and die for the free worship of Talos, there is little evidence of his explicit worship apart from the shrines in two of the cities and a scattering of shrines of the wilderness. Because of his previous mortal nature, I imagine Talos as being the most popular gods, worshiped not only at the temple but also in homes. Inspired by Alvor's line above, I added a smaller shrine of Talos to certain homes around the four Old Holds. The shrine is half the scale to the ones found elsewhere and does not add a blessing making this a purely cosmetic mod. My criteria for selection was 1) Is a Nord (particularly a Nordy-Nord), 2) Is of Lawful alignment and 3) Is not stated in-game to be impious or overtly Imperial supporting.
