One of my biggest pet peeves about the Stendarr faction is their lack of consistency. In vanilla, their level list draws from Imperial steel, nordic steel, and eventually steel plate. They didn't wear the same robes, meaning they very well could end up in different colors than one another depending on your installed textures.
No more.

Using Skypatcher, I've brought order to chaos! Here is the breakdown of VSVCO:
You Have Two Options:
- Vanilla - Uses your mod lists textures
- Armor and Clothing Extension Robes Only - Uses ACE Robes
Consistent Across Both Versions
- Steel Nordic Gauntlets
- Steel Cuffed Boots
- Amulet of Stendarr
- Apprentice hood (50ish% chance of spawning with a hood)

Compatibility:
- Compatible with SPID with a caveat. SPID cannot redistribute an outfit/item that an NPC is already wearing. So if your SPID does the same thing my mod does. Then it will lead to issues! Mods like Vigil Enforcer Armors or any armors the do SPID percentage injection work wonders! They will overwrite my VSVCO outfits randomly in place of their own!
- VSVCO does not touch Vigilant SE NPCs. Too many of them have unique armors and they don't use vanilla vigilant faction keyword so it was easy to exclude them. I currently have no plans to integrate because i feel it would ruin the uniqueness of the mod.
Notes:
- I did not misspell "extension" in any of the ini's. Armor and Clothing Extension Robes Only actually misspelled it as "extention" in its ESP. So i have to adhere to that spelling for stuff to work.
- Vigilants will probably end up slightly weaker towards endgame. but only a little. its the difference between Steel and Steel Plate hands and feet. Endgame Vigilants would wear steel plate gauntlets and boots usually but my mod makes them wear regular steel.
- I decided on Nordic steel for selfish reasons. Nordic Steel has WAY more mods dedicated to it. More armor mash ups. if enough people ask for it, I can rather easily make a steel plate version. But trust me, this is better.
