I haven't had the time to test the mod yet. It may or may not work as intended. Feedback is welcome.

The description of DnD Guardians says:
However, conjuration perks and spells aimed at summons/reanimations may be set up with the condition ‘is command actor’  - which is used for
regular summons/reanimations. Unfortunately, not being a commanded actor is essential to guardians working as they do.

The Ordinator perks Signed in Blood, Pact Magic, Maelstrom, Unleash Hell and Summon Resist sadly indeed rely on IsCommandedActor.
But I noticed all guardians from DnD have a custom perk "ignore friendly fire" (created by DnD) to prevent guardians from aggroing each others. Which means you can tell an actor is a guardian if they have said perk.
Even better, there are actually 3 perks with the same effect: one for undead guardians, one for daedra guardians and one for homunculi guardians. You guessed it, it means we can tell them appart.
So I added a condition to these Ordinator perks: On top of their existing logic (e.g. affect IsCommandedActor actors) Daedra related perks can now affect actors having the "ignore friendly fire daedra" perk, Undead Crown can now affect actors having the "ignore friendly fire undead" perk, and Summon Resist can now affect actors having the "ignore friendly fire daedra" or "ignorefriendlyfirehomunculi" perk.

Edge of Oblivion did not require a patch as it has already been handled by DnD Guardians.

Feed the Monster is not supported because I am not sure how to patch it and never use that perk anyway.

Illusion perks in the Commanding Presence branch should not require a patch, as they apply to all allies in range, not just summons. You will need Master of the Mind to affect daedra and undead guardians. No idea about homunculi guardians, might not require Master of the Mind.
