This mod removes (most) spell tomes from leveled lists using the SkyPatcher. It was designed to be used in conjunction with a mod that adds an alternative way to acquire spells, but can also be used to simply eliminate spell tomes in general.
Ritual Spells are included in an optional file.

Caveats:
Mods that inject new spell tomes via scripts will bypass the SkyPatcher.It depends, actually. Direct injection works, but if it injects a sublist, then no- Hand-placed tomes remain unchanged (e.g., Lucan Valerius' inventory and the two tomes in Mzulft).
- The same goes if a quest reward is a specific spell tome (in this case, it's not pulling from the leveled list).
Compatibility:
- Any mod that adds new spell tomes directly into the vanilla leveled lists and has the correct keyword (VendorItemSpellTome:000937A5) should work out of the box (only Mysticism was tested).
- Mods that add spell tomes via sublists need a separate patch.
