This is an NPC replacer of some of the characters not touched by a few of the popular npc replacer mods. The plan is to continue to add to this mod as I find ones not covered by Bijin series. As of 1.2, this is now standalone. It includes Body Meshes/Skins and Hair.

Changelogs
Version Version 2.9a and 1.3
I'm including appropriate 2K skin textures by default. Saves some confusion of requiring the user to download skins separately. I"m still keeping the 2K and 4K skins in the MISC section for anyone that wants to try and swap out. If you already have this mod installed, there is no need to download 2.9a or 1.3a unless you want to. Nothing changed besides including the 2K skins.
Version Optional
Added Optional patch provided by Tigertronic that should resolve the USSEP and CRF changes.
Version 2.10
Added FOMOD installer for the Beautiful Ladies of Skyrim (doesnt include Elves). This doesnt add/update any existing content. Just made FOMOD for easier install.
Version 2.9
Tekla (Falkreath, Dengeirs Hall) Sorli (Morthal, Stonehill) Eris (Solutide, Red Wave) Sabine Nytte (Solutide, Red Wave) Safia (Solutide, Red Wave) Narri (Falkreath, Dead Mans Drink) Fridrika (Solitude, Stables) - Outfit Change Alva (Morthal, Alvas House)
Removed: Senna (Markarth, Temple of Dibella) because covered by Bijin Wives. - If you have any issues with the reversion back to the Bijin Wives version, try opening up the console, select Senna. Type disable then hit enter. Then type enable and hit enter. She should reappear correctly if she didn't automatically. Make sure to create a new save so she keeps her reverted look.
* Eyes Updated * I've swapped the main eyes to a lower resolution version to include: Improved Eyes Skyrim by missjennabee and Nazenn (humans) The Eyes Of Beauty by Gabriel Mailhot as LogRaam (vampire)
The original True Eyes are available for download if you preferred those or want to mix and match. They are named the same, so no need to guess, just overwrite/keep the one(s) you prefer.
Skin Textures split into their own 4K and 2K download packs and are located in the Miscellaneous Download section. You MUST download a skin pack for this to work.
Assuming I don't mess with skin textures again, you shouldn't need to download this ever again. This allows the main download to remain small.
No NPCs were changed.
Version 1.5
Added Mature Skin Texture Updated Bryling and Arcadia to use Mature Skin Texture
Updated NPCs Jala (Solitude Market) / Mature Skin Evette San (Solitude Market) / Mature Skin Hilde (Riverwood) / Mature Skin Danica Pure-Spring (Whiterun Temple of Kynareth) / Mature Skin Outfit changed to non-hooded. Open console, select her. Type disable, then hit enter. Type enable, then hit enter. Close console. She should reappear without a hood. Make new save.
Version 1.4b
Added UNPB Version
Version 1.4a
Added 2K Body and Face Textures to help save resources. You MUST install one of the main files 1st. Then choose the corresponding optional body texture files. Override any conflicts.
Version 1.4
Fastred (Iverstead) Indara Caerellia (Falkreath) Valga Vinicia (Falkreath, Dead Man's Drink) Zaria (Falkreath, Grave Concoctions)
Changed Zaria's default outfits to non-hooded one If you still see the default hooded outfits: 1.) open up the console 2.) use your mouse and select the character 3.) type 'disable' without quotes. Hit enter. 4.) type 'enable' without quotes and hit enter. That should refresh them.
I also had to leave her shop, come back in (she was nake). repeat steps above and she should respawn with clothes.
Version 1.3
Updated following NPCs: Aia Arria (Solitude/Bards College) Pantea Ateia (Solitude/Bards College) Vittoria Vici (Solitude Docks) Vivienne Oni (Solitude)
Changed Sybille Stentor & Aia Arria default outfits to non-hooded ones If you still see the default hooded outfits: 1.) open up the console 2.) use your mouse and select the character 3.) type 'disable' without quotes. Hit enter. 4.) type 'enable' without quotes and hit enter. That should refresh them.
Added EEO Tris/Morphs. I went back and updated quite a few faces.
Version 1.1
Updated the following NPCs: Freir (Solitude's Temple of the Divines) Arcadia (Arcadia's Cauldron) Needs to go below EEK's Whiterun Series Saffir (Whiterun) Constance Michel (Riften's Honorhall Orphanage)
Fixes: Reverted a few of the NPCs weights back to default. There were changed by accident. Consolidated a few of the assets so they can be reused rather than having them constantly duplicated.
I've been using the Bijin series of NPC replacers since the beginning of SkyrimSE and love them. However there were a some NPCs not replaced by those mods. They maybe minor characters but they still deserve some love. My "hope" is to continue to add new NPC replacements as I find some that were never touched.
This mod is now standalone. This will uses the Fair Skin Complexion by HHaleyy from Oldrim. I've also included Mature Skin Textures by Maeven2. Skin textures will vary depending on the character and my taste. This mod WILL include hairs from KSHairdos SSE by Kalilies. All photos taken with Natural View Tamriel (NVT) ENB by firemanaf. Your results may vary depending on graphics settings and Reshade/ENB used.
As always, if you like the mod, please click that Endorse Button.
See Change Log for NPCs affected/bug fixes.
NPCs with Default Outfit Changes still showing hooded outfits? Try this: If you still see the default hooded outfits: 1.) open up the console 2.) use your mouse and select the character 3.) type 'disable' without quotes. Hit enter. 4.) type 'enable' without quotes and hit enter. That should refresh them.
8/30 - Beautiful Elves of Skyrim is starting to be released. I'm going to go through and update as many npc elves as possible within the main game. This mod can be run as standalone or together with the Beautiful Ladies version. If you are using the Beautiful Ladies already, there is no need to download the skin pack again, as this uses the same skin and directors. Note that I've had to include the hairs and body nifs in both in the event that people only want to use 1 version. So if you decide to use both and are prompted to overwrite files from the other version, just say yes.
Load Order:
I'd recommend this go as low as possible, preferably lower than other NPC replacers if you wish mine to win out
With 1.1, I added Arcadia of Arcadia's Cauldron. If you are using EEK's Whiterun Interior mods, put my mod AFTER. Otherwise, you may get a black face bug.
