A voice pack for Dragonborn Voice Over that currently supports Skyrim SE+DLC. The voice is of Ralph Cosham who was the voice actor for the male Breton NPCs in The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion.

Currently, as of 2/25 all thousands of lines from base game Skyrim and its DLC have been ported.
I had to extract MaleBreton's voice lines straight from Oblivion's .bsa, load into ElevenLabs, and use the tools in MathiewMay's discord to do this. It was quite easy. Nonetheless, the main caveat is that some voice lines may lack context to the subject whether it be quest or dialogue in game and may have unstable tones. (For example, screaming at an innkeeper for a room, crying at a tollkeeper whilst attempting to intimidate them, flirting with Cicero, and speaking violently to orphans.) In any case, with all of the Breton Male's dialogues being LESS THAN 10 seconds, expect some goofiness.
My current roadmap is such:
Finish Breton voice pack. (Rest in peace, Ralph Cosham.)
Kai Wulff (Three Amigos, Red Orchestra 2 and Company of Heroes 1 German Announcer; I think he'd be a more immersive voice for Skyrim's Nordic
accents. Rest in peace.)

Installation:
