In some areas like the Rift you will notice a much leaner grass profile. Another area I considered was grass clipping. While Landscape Fixes for Grass Mods and Cathedral both do a great job at minimizing this effect, it is still noticeable. You will have much cleaner areas as you explore though still not perfect.
The Volcanic area is problematic. I stayed true to Cathedral's vision and pushed most records into the patch. The tiling effect on certain textures is perplexing and I see most other grass mods with the same issue.
Snow grass... the entire reason I started this project was foreverphoenix's Cathedral Landscapes - Swamp Grass Alternatives. I used his idea for these areas and in my opinion it looks fantastic. The grasses exemplify the cold in the marsh and snowy regions.
The Reach is a complete mashup of all three mods. I attempted to keep a uniform grass height with as much diversity as possible.
With the Pine Forests I once again forwarded most of the changes brought by 3D Pines Grass with a few tweaks.
For Whiterun I increased the amount of pure grass from Cathedral Landscapes with the brown tundra in mind. There are a few spots I left some green grass in for diversity.
Load Order:
Landscape Fixes for Grass Mods
Cathedral Landscapes
Skoglendi
3D Pines Grass (which ever version you prefer.)
My Patch
When installing:
Cathedral - use ESPFE (read installation notes.) and brown tundra.
Skoglendi - choose your preference for Base, none for alternate textures, none, none, No Grass in No Grass and default ini settings.
I also highly recommend Grass Lighting which is powered by the fantastic Community Shaders.
