-Removes all files relating to whips from the meshes

-Removes all scripts
-Fixes Dragon Bone Pike damage 28-21 (must have been a typo by the creator because 28 is the war hammer base)
-Still compatible with MCO
-Lighest Weight Version of the mod by far
