a: it requires dawnguard - blame the gargoyles

modern combat overhaul is awesome, we all love it, especially when paired
with movement mco and true directional combat. my ocd from gaming for so many decades
is that player characters have always moved at specific rates of speed in combat
the lone caveat of this love comes from the reduced combat movement imposed by movement mco
in which many races and the player have vastly reduced combat movement speeds
for MCO this alters speed, in 2 states. half and full
For ADXP it is just full speed unless someone wants to pester me into doing half
ammco movement speed half is split between mco speed and vanilla for each type of movement
ammco movement speed full returns movement speed to vanilla values

distars animation of the super cool - select movement mco or dxp - they are 2 files, and I didnt realize that
require - dawnguard and movementmco.esp or movementdxp.esp
both come contained in the same distar movement file
if you decide to remove one or the other
either revert to a save in which the mod was not present - you will get kicked to the loading screen on death.
I __think__ this is because it distributes movement changes to npcs.
or please use resaver which is part of fallrim tools - clean the save. load the save. save the new save, load the new save
