Standalone COtR replacer for Raynes from Interesting NPCs. ESL flagged.
COtR requires a patch for your desired skin. This Raynes will work fine with SAM Light, but some other skin patches can be found here and here.
Just overwrite the skin texture+diffuse+normals in the mod folder [textures/savvyraynes/head] with the ones from your patch. Make sure you're replacing the head texture with one made for COtR.
