I wanted to use these together, I did nothing to create any of the mods here I went into CK, SIMS style and moved some objects/terrain around, repainted some of the road's to make the NR texture's lineup better. There was a few things deleted like random walls that I couldn't find a good spot for. Nothing should be broken from the mod's in question.

I am using the Latest AE Update it'll likely be fine on older versions, but your guess is as good as mine.

EDIT: The navmesh is definitely broken. I am learning how to do it, leaving up incase someone else wants to go in and do this

Important: I have absolutely no idea what im doing, the navmesh is certainly not clean, there's probably still broken things, but most of the major clipping should  be fixed and the roads should mostly be fine i make no claims that this functions perfectly.

if something is still broken let me know I will try to go in and fix it.

if someone wants to upload a NAVMESH fix I'd be happy to put it here.
