Changes the rotation of Reach cliff trees for Beyond Reach to 90 deg, this is very noticeable when using Blubbos Tree Replacer for Reach.

Blubbos Tree Replacer for Reach is a really awesome looking mod, originally the reach cliff trees were very small trees placed in different angles, but Blubbos Replacer replace them with very long trees and when they are placed in angles it looks really weird.
I have used a xEdit script to change the rotation to 90 deg, which is way easier than manually do it. But as a result there might be some floating trees here and there. If you find any like that give me the FormID, I will try to fix it but no guaranty.
