Credits to arwing0890 for his original mod NPC No Block - Exhaustion. This mod simply introduces a Mod Configuration Menu (MCM) for users of NPC No Block to tweak variables introduced by NPC No Block. This is a super simple MCM, with only two sliders. Settings are persistent across saves, and optional presets are available to use. Will update this mod as the main mod is updated or features are added.
Since nobody reads descriptions, details and information can be found in the MCM in-game.
This is my first papyrus script, so be gentle. Please report any abnormalities in the comments. I will address them ASAP.
