Changed the petal scaling to only occur in the meshes.

Added a version for "The Great Village of Kynesgrove" that also puts falling petals on the Gildergreen model placed there.
Removed unused GGR objects from the vanilla city cells when using open world mods. And vice versa when using vanilla.
Moved unnecessary objects from Persistent cells into their Temporary equivalents. Which helps keep your save files clean.
The only persistent objects should now be the 2 GGR XMarkers used for tracking the quest and spawning the trees.
These disable once the tree finishes growing. So your save files should now be identical to a vanilla save at that point.
Moved both GGR XMarkers into the Tamriel overworld when using open city mods.
This is great for other modders working with this mod stack. No more having to jump between cells.

Fixed a bug with the petals not working during 2 of the Gildergreen Regrown growth cycles.

It's been over 5 years since Gildergreen Regrown or Falling Gildergreen Petals were updated, let alone either being patched to support the other, and it never worked with Open Cities Skyrim. So I figured I'd just do it myself...
