Designed for use with Slightly Better Hawk Feathers by FrankBlack, but fully functional as a standalone replacer. Requires SkyPatcher to function. Sorry for the bad screenshots, I'm a hack.

Problem: Felsaad Tern feathers (Dragonborn alchemy ingredient) use the hawk feather mesh with a texture set applied to make them visually distinct. This can cause visual errors with mods that replace the mesh (e.g. Slightly Better Hawk Feathers), or compatibility issues with mods that change the texture set (e.g. SMIM). See third screenshot for an example.

Solution: Used SkyPatcher to point the game to a unique mesh and remove texture sets without needing separate versions for SMIM or no SMIM, or a load-order-sensitive plugin. It just works*. The mesh and textures are from Slightly Better Hawk Feathers, altered to be more in line with tern feathers as according to google images (~33% narrower mesh, less patterned textures). I did my best with the texture, but alas. Giving a monkey a paintbrush doesn't create an artist, it just creates more work for the janitor.
