This patch adds weathers from Picta Realis weather mod to far out ocean regions. You cant get there without removing worldspace borders, and if you're not using Sailable ships those areas are not accessible to you. I mean, you COULD swim, but dont waste your time like that. If you have a ship from Sailable ships though you have to traverse areas outside Skyrim's map which have no REGION assigned to them, and so, have no weather types assigned either. This results in textureless purple/grey skies (depending on daytime), when using Picta Realis. This mod adds a region and weather types to those areas for Skyrim and Solstheim.
Better load this BEFORE Picta Realis.esp
