Astrum Chateau is a small to medium-sized estate by Lake Ilnalta that has all you could need inside a picturesque package. All crafting amenities are provided, as well as an underground grotto to grow plants of all kinds for the budding alchemist, secret little cupboards to store your plethora of forbidden and dangerous items, and a large study full of books to show how educated you are. A grand home with all you would need to live immersively, including a bathroom, laundry, a fully stocked kitchen, room for two children, and a large guest room for a follower, with the top floor being a dedicated space for you and your spouse.

Room for two children in a fully decorated space for kids.
An extensive lavish library that's full of places to store all the books in your own study.
A large room for a follower that allows for them to have a space of their own that is comfortable and befitting for a beloved follower.

A teapot where you can brew coffee and tea. Coffee Beans can be collected from the sack in the kitchen.

Immersive rooms like laundry and linen cupboards.
Custom music.
Secret locations to store the more dangerous items - Daedric items, black books, elder scrolls.
An underground grotto where plants of all types grow for all your alchemy needs
A walled home to protect you from animal or human attackers.
Teleporters to all the major cities in Skyrim and Solstheim via a map in the study
A cute garden to make an inviting and comfortable space to relax.
A fish hatchery and Apiary.
A stable to place your horse.

An outdoor pool where you can enjoy the sights around you.
A cute little gazebo to relax and enjoy the sights of Lake Illnalta.


Lake Ilinalta is a very mod-heavy location, but I wanted a player home of my own by the lake for my player character to use, so there is a chance there will be more incompatibilities than what is listed. Tree overhauls will likely cause clipping and some items to be floating, but if there is a consistent issue with a mod, please bring it to my attention, and I can invest in making a patch.

Requirements:
Backported Extended ESL Support - This is for those not using the most up-to-date version of Skyrim.

Bugs and Fixes:
Fixed the shield teleporters so they remain static to the maps in the study.
Extended the stables as it didnt house a horse correctly.
Reduced the amount of light markers inside the house as it caused lots of flickering.

Installation:
Either place files in a data folder or preferably use a Mod Manager like MO2 or Vortex.
Remove files to delete.
If the house isn't purchased beforehand, it can be installed throughout the game, but ideally, start a new one.
When updating, remove all items out of the house before updating in case items are deleted.

Future Ideas:
Adding a BYOH system in.
Adding in a teleporter.
