I just modified the textures on Kreiste's Wild Witch outfit and made a separate version with those retextures. They did all the hard work.

Adds a separate, lighter-colored, version of Kreiste's Wild Witch outfit. Craftable with the same materials as the other one. Includes the hat, just forgot to include it in the screenshot.
