Buy Attribute Boosting Relics from Vendors Via SPID that come from the mod VIGILANT

Most Vendors have a 50% chance to have 5 of any of the 6 Relics that boost your stats, give a perk, and give a dragon soul.
I only changed the value of the items to be way more than what they were originally.
Stat boosting Relics are now either 5k, 10k, 15k and the perk and dragon soul ones are 10k, 15, 20k gold. Your choice based on which Main File you download.
This way you still have to work for them.
As a reminder, you can only boost your carry weight to +100 with the relic that boosts that. I can't change that as that's the way it works in VIGILANT.
