This is the same as the Hilli1 uploaded version except that Mai will use vanilla outfits instead of her own outfit.
There is also an espfe, (esl flagged esp), version of CBBE and UUNP
This should also fix any issues people are having extracting the Hilli1 uploaded version.

Mai - Witch Mage
Location:
Helgen torturer area. Locked in a cell.
Specifics:
Mai is set essential and levels at .9% of the player.
No level cap.
Mai begins at level 6.Mai uses destruction magic.
Mai will heal you and your other followers. (Not her primary function so don't depend too heavily on it).
Mai has a custom bodyand clothing set and uses vanilla Warlock Outfit UNP and CBBE versions available.
Mai's outfit is enchanted for her specifically. I suggest you not give her armor or other clothing.
She will wear whatever you give her in most cases.
Mai has an iron dagger she wears only for show. She may pull it, but will seldom try to use it.
Yes you can marry Mai.
