A patch between Fat Skyrim and Nyhus and the Border of Cyrodiil

They said it couldn't be done. They said it was impossible. But it is possible. Why choose between 2 new lands mods when you can just use both?

So obviously this just patches, especially landscape records and some light navmeshing. It wasn't that bad actually. The density of content is greatly increased, especially when there's a horse, 4 ice wolves, a dragon, a bandit, and a fort of trolls trying to kill you. There are 2 new cool locations created from the kind of merging of locations from both mods, a small hamlet in a frozen lake (i thought it looked cool so i pretty much left it) and a fort of trolls overlooked by a rocky crag. 

I tried to preserve as much of the original mods as possible, not moving locations around and only removing mountains, but still leaving it to look natural and hopefully conflict free. If you spot any bits I missed, just add it as a bug report here and I will fix it!

Also i guess the logical question is if i will do this for the other JoopVanDie mods, and the answer is maybe.
