This is just a little tweak to the absolutely incredible Synergy - Perks and Skills mod by IronDusk33 that I made for myself, originally. 

See, basically when I was exploring around BleakFalls Barrow on a my 200+ mod playthrough, that the way one of the perk's in IronDusk33's Synergy mod is setup, (Specifically the Negotiate perk,) there are certain areas where, if you use the negotiate power to halt combat and ask to see the bandit chief (or, whatever other humanoid is head honcho of the group of vagabonds you're interacting with, since the power works on hagravens and vampires as well,) enemy NPCs that you normally couldn't interact with via the negotiate power can show up as the "bandit chief," I.E: in the case of BleakFalls Barrow, asking to talk to the bandit chief like a manager at a Starbucks and waiting awhile puts you face to skull with the boss druagr you usually have to fight to loot the dragonstone from for Farengar.

Now in of itself, this is already a pretty cool little interaction and it really reminded me of the kinda stuff you could pull off in the old CRPGs like Arcanum and the early Fallouts. Now, at this time, I was also using the incredible SE port of Immersive Speechcraft that lets you barter with random NPCs, and I began to think, "wouldn't it be cool if the CRPG aspects of IronDusk's Synergy mod could be taken further? If that NPC bartering aspect could be implemented in Synergy's bandit chief convos, so that theoretically you could solve at least a couple of dungeons on the back of a "pure speech build," like how there are entire encounters in Fallout 1 that can be essentially deescalated if you have a high enough speech stat, (thinking of the Master encounter.) So, TL;DR, with this mod, if you're speech is high enough, you can now talk the draugr "bandit chief" of BleakFalls Barrow into coming out and handing over the Dragonstone with zero bloodshed.

You still need IronDusk's Synergy as a base of course, and than after that you just extract the script files from the zip and place them in the scripts folder of your installation of the Synergy mod, (let my files overwrite the old files.) After successfully installing, the dialogue for persuading the bandit chief to leave/let you leave should open up a bartering menu.

Update: Currently working on trying to fix a bug with the script where some of my changes didn't save
