Adds a Staff of the Undying Ghost spell from CC.
Useful if you are playing an item supported non caster. The spell still uses your Magicka as normal (I am looking into making it use Staff charge instead).
The spell is altered to cost 1 Magicka on top of it's normal cost, this is so the Staff actually uses up charge.
Should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the Undying Ghost spell, and of course requires the CC Content or AE.
At the moment, the Staff will possibly need to be created with a command, but how you use it on your playthrough is on you.
