You can add this mid-game, it should be ok. Removing it is not ok, though! (You can disable locations in the edit locations tab of SAB,
though)
Adds Ayleid Citadel as a takeable location for the SAB mod. Once a faction takes it, its units will spawn in the citadel's worldspace, inside the main palace and in the inn. Units should not spawn inside the purchasable player homes!
Once a faction takes the citadel, the guards from the citadel mod are disabled, but the other npcs aren't.
