Simply disables the Cold Needs quest from Survival Mode as well as disables the Freezing Water check.

Simple xEdit created mod that disables the Cold Needs quest by removing all the scripts from it and adds a conflicting condition to the Freezing Water check (when will the Player ever be swimming AND not swimming at the same time?)
I originally made this mod for myself to play on PS4. According to the stats there, I'm not the only one who wanted this. I also promised someone on Reddit that I'd get this for them for use with Survival Mode in VR, since Survival Mode in VR lacks the ability to calculate warmth to prevent the player from freezing to death.
